anoncvs.gnome.org uses dns rotation to be pointed to different anoncvs
mirrors. If the different mirrors are not in sync, it creates the
problem you're experiencing. Try to use a mirror directly,
e.g. :pserver:anonymous farbror acc umu se:/cvs/gnome
