[Muine] iRadio mockup

I know its been discussed briefly about making a radio player, seperate 
from Muine, but along the same design lines. I felt inspired to do a 
simple UI mockup[1]. I didn't bother with the menubar stuff, yet.
Also, I've uploaded a tarball of the glade files[2] if anyone feels like 
tweaking.
