I can find a a few references to this on the net and they all seem to
imply that possible problems are:
- A corrupted ~/.wapi directory (Can you make sure you've cleaned out
both your own and root's)
- "mcs" not being in your PATH (Have you cleaned out your old mono
install before installing 0.91 - maybe this is a version clash?)
Other than that I can't see any problems, or reports of other people
failing to build the Amazon WSDL with mono
