I'm quite sure that the reason why there is no quit button on toolbars
is because most people would use the quit button that the window manager
provides anyway. The reason for using the tray icon is because there is
no window open, thus there is no window manager quit icon.

When the window is iconified and you want to quit the program it feels
kind of awkward to open up the UI just to quit the program.
