[Muine] Special chars in filenames don't work

Hello.

Being Swedish I have a lot of albums with the chars öäåÖÄÅ in the file-
or directory names. These don't get picked up my Muine.

I have set these environment variables:

export G_BROKEN_FILENAMES
export LC_CTYPE="sv_SE"

and the filenames are not reported as invalid unicode in nautilus. How
do I fix this?
