[Muine] [PATCH] Playlist Expander

A couple weeks ago, somebody suggested making a playlist expander.
Jorn said it wouldn't look good but I went ahead and tried it anyway.

Also (as mentioned in the bug report), the vertical policy for the
scrollwindow is "always" and not "automatic", why? (I changed it in
the patch).
