debuggin with memprof

Hi,
i want to detect memory leaks on a program i've been designed. I compile
it with -g option to debug. when i exec the program into memprof and click
the leaks button, i obtain this message into console:
memprof: /lib/libdl-2.3.1.so: No symbols
memprof: /lib/libc-2.3.1.so: No symbols
memprof: /lib/libgcc_s.so.1: No symbols
memprof: /lib/libm-2.3.1.so: No symbols
memprof: /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.5.0.5: No symbols
memprof: /usr/lib/libmemintercept.so: No symbols
and then memprof aborts
Can anybody help me?? i'm using memprof 0.4.1
