Hi Alexander, 

Meld on the HEAD is likely to be mostly broken for at least a few weeks.
It's being almost completely rewritten component by component to use the
new gtk/gnome APIs. branch-0_9 will continue to use the old api and be
usable.

There is a README.CVS in branch-0_9 which I'll now copy over to the
HEAD.

Not sure what to do about the docs - meld calls "scrollkeeper-config
--omfdir" to find the omfdir. Should it just ignore that and install to
$(prefix)/share/omf instead so local installs work?
