Yup. Forgot about that as I never feel the need to switch highlighting
off ;) . Now I think of it I've contemplated to move it to the syntax
highlighting dialog before but decided to wait a bit until the syntax
highlighting dialog had been around for a while.

Sure. The above remark was only a FYI. Hence my remark between brackets.
I'd just forgotten about the option in the editor configuration. Please
commit the patch. It seems simple enough. We still might consider moving
or adding that option to the syntax highlighting dialog later.
