directories whit begining '~'

Hi.
I' lazy so i did not look for it in the archives but here it is.
When i try to enter a directory with a beginning '~' and the directori
coincides with an user name it goes to the user home directory (if it has
permissions)

Virtual File System: tarfs, extfs, cpiofs, ftpfs, fish
With builtin Editor
Using system-installed S-Lang library with terminfo database
