Seems fine on my side too - latest Cygwin. Here is a result from a full
build of the Cygwin dll.

$ ../../pipethrough/pipethrough.exe "make"
status=00000200, stdout.size=922163, stderr.size=4775

I've performed several other test with different size of the output - all
went fine.
