extfs no more issues

Hi,

I've been going through the shell scripts in extfs to check for quoting
errors/omissions. Gone through all the perl scripts before and fixed all
issues afaict. All should be properly quoted now, but it can't hurt if
somebody else wants to go through them one more time to double check.
