Hello!
The ibiblio.org has recently had a disk crash that affected the FTP
archives, including those of of GNU Midnight Commander. The files have
been restored. However, the files and directories are still owned by root
and cannot be changed. The ownership will be restored once all the data
is restored.
Until the FTP server is fixed snapshots are available over http:
http://www.ibiblio.org/mc/snapshots/
The link on the homepage has been updated.
