This really belongs to the menu, not to the hints file. Perhaps somebody
was lazy to change the menu, so he added a hint (there were no hint
translations back then).
F13 is Shift-F3 on most terminals. As far as I know, Linux console is the
only terminal that uses Shift-F1 for F13 in some keymaps. The builtin
keymap uses Shift-F3, but the default US English keymap uses Shift-F1.
I even considered calling "dumpkeys" from mc to compensate for this
madness and force F13 to be Shift-F3 (and fix other F1x keys as well).
Unfortunately, the "File" menu is too long already. Perhaps "Quick cd"
and group operations belong to the left and right menu, but I don't want
to move stuff around before the release.
