Who has operator mode on #marketing?  The topic needs changing every now
and then ...

I have never seen a GNOME IRC channel without at least one op, I suppose
I'm just curious.  

And who is Marcel?  I always see him on the channel, but can't recall
seeing him on the list.  (Hello, Marcel!)
