Splash screen contest

Hi folks,


I think it's the right time to start a splash screen contest for the
Gnome 2.10 release.

It was such a success for Gimp, that I believe it's good for marketing
stuff.

If somebody already planned this, I'd like to know it here.

If not, well, let's start ! who can retrieve the script written to
manage the Gimp contest ? who handle it ?
