Subscription to wiki pages

Hi all,

I just noticed that apart from Luis, and sometimes Ken vanDine,
no-one is subscribed to the marketing pages in the wiki. I
figured this is probably because people didn't know how.

I find it a lot more useful to get a mail when pages change,
rather than checking back at irregular intervals.

To subscribe to the entire MarketingTeam hierarchy, click on your
username in the top-right corner to go to your preferences page,
and add 

MarketingTeam.*

to the list of pages that you are subscribed to.

Et voilà - when someone makes a change to any page in the
hierarchy, you get a mail with the diffs, a link to the page, the
name of the person and the comment they added.
