Possibly a new release deserves a more explanatory/informative banner
for the frontpage.

We can keep the "on the minute" idea if it's relevant.

We can distill some top features of 2.12 and put them in the minimum
words (i.e "integrated CD-ripping").

We should ask for an action. Spread the word? Download it? (through the
LiveCD) Test it? Throw your old (and possibly proprietary) OS and come
to us?  :) What do we want the people to do if they fall in love with
this banner?
