Even better would be to do a real survey instead of the bullshit that is
contained in these surveys.  Can anyone grasp the concept of random
sampling?

OTOH, since this is the marketing list, let me give you the marketing
tip of the day:

NEVER ASSUME YOU ARE THE BEST.

Self-belief and affirmation is wonderful for personal growth, but crap
for running a business (except in the HRM sphere).  To attempt to
communicate with people (which, IMHO, is really the core of marketing)
one must accept their beliefs at face value.  If we are second-best,
surely it's best to know why?  And surely we can learn from the best?
(Bearing in mind Nat's point illustrated by his blog on the Muine GUI.)

And before we get into any discussion of technical merits, remember that
when communicating with people in an attempt to change their behaviour,
the only relevant "reality" is the other party's beliefs.
