Actually, they were hosted at redhat.com at one point. The Pango pages are amazingly out of date! I've fixed the information on gtk-i18n-list now. Note that you need to be subscribed to gtk-i18n-list to post. (Non- subscriber posts get held for moderator approval, but I'm about as bad at moderating that list as I am at updating www.pango.org.)
