[Mailman Site List] would a gimp for windows list be allowed on Gnome.org?

currently the mailing list for the Gimp for windows user is hosted on
Yahoo and it is pretty crummy.

moving the list is being considered.

the other Gimp mailing lists are run at berkely but for large chunks of
the past year the mailing list archives were unavailable.  (the windows
part of Gimp has always been a bit of neglected step child so having all
the lists in the same place is unimportant)

I would like to be able to suggest Gnome.org as a reliable place to host
the list so I am writing first to check that it would be acceptable.
Given that Gnome already generously hosts CVS and Bugzilla for the Gimp I
thought a mailing list even if it si for windows users might not be a big
stretch.
