[sigc] Difference On SigC and sigc

hi all,

i am a new comer to libsigc.

i roughly browse through the API list of libsigc. what make me confuse
is the namespace of SigC and sigc. i search through the tutorial but get
no information on the difference among them.

may i know what is the difference among SigC and sigc? it seems that
they have a very similar API. for most of the example in gtkmm, they
make use of sigc and not SigC.
