I don't think so. I think it probably should be defined in the MSVC+ +
project file (for libsigc++ and for any application that uses
libsigc++).
MSVC++ users are quite used to that kind of nonsense.

We can provide MSVC++ project files, but we can't really provide a
copy of
the generated -config.h file for every platform.

But it's up to the MSVC++ users to tell us how to do this best.

This is why I am asking James what options we have for the MSVC.

Don't wait for ever to do a release, please. If it doesn't break the
main
platforms then don't worry about it to much.

The only changes made since 2.0.3 were to assist the MSVC and the FORTE build. If we are not sure that these are working now, I don't see any reason to make a new release ...
