Marting, in case you are not on language-bindings (you should be),
you need to know about this.

The GNOME schedule actually now _has_ slipped by 2 weeks:
http://lists.gnome.org/archives/desktop-devel-list/2004-February/msg00322.html
Therefore, we will slip the GNOME Platform Bindings schedule for 2 weeks
also. So, we will still have a release on Feb 16th, which we will call
2.5.5 instead of "Beta 1". We will not have API freeze yet.
We will then have the Beta1 release on March 1. And we will then have
the API Freeze. This can only do us good, because it gives us extra time
to be scared about the API Freeze. By the way, why haven't I seen
messages on your mailing lists about the API Freeze? Your developers
_really_ need to know about it.
I will update the online schedule while I'm offline. Next week I get DSL
and this gets easier.
Thanks.
