Hi,

I guess Luis will correct me if I'm wrong here, but with trademark,
there are two important questions:

1. Could the use of the trademark reduce the value of our trademark?
2. Is there any danger that people might confuse this usage of the
trademark to mean that we're behind it?

Given that we're not in the footwear or winter sports business, and
there's no real danger of damage to our image through the use of the
mark, I don't think we have any legal foot to stand on here.

However, they've clearly just taken the GNOME artwork and just stuck a
5th toe on there - that artwork is copyrighted (by Jimmac, I believe),
and to my knowledge hasn't been published under a licence which allows
derivative works.

There's a phone number on there. I'd suggest that we call them first,
and ask to speak to someone from their marketing or legal teams.
