i would assume the bindings release date is (or should be) set relative
to the deadlines of gnome itself rather than as static dates. it they
slip i can't imagine that the bindings wouldn't.  as for whether or not
they've slipped i don't have a clue. this is of course only what i
think, not necessarily what is.
