wxWindows link on GTK+ language bindings page

  Hello,

  I was having a look at the GTK+ language bindings page [0], looking
for C++ bindings, and I noticed that the link to wxWindows is a bit
outdated. Though it works, it would be better if it instead pointed to
http://www.wxwindows.org/. Note that I'm not in any way affiliated
with wxWindows, but it seems the reasonable thing to do.
