Zidane"  is officially out

Gnonlin 0.10.5 or 0.10.4.3 will have most of the bug fixes, and both 
will prevent the error message on start, but it would be great if we 
could have the latest and greatest gnonlin packaged. IIRC there is one 
bug fixed in 0.10.5; the freeze on stop bug maybe?
