The set of usability guidelines on your site is very thourough. I am putting together a checklist to evaluate the usability of a software application, and would like to utilize some of your guidelines in doing so. I am wondering what sources you used to develop these guidelines. Could you send me a list of sources or a bibliograpy? I could not find it on the site.
