[DEPRECATED] FYI: UsabilityGuidelines handbill

hello usability folks.

the beast wiki web gained a usability guideline document, listing
short on-the-spot design rules for common design considerations.
while the GNOME HIG does a good job of explaining things in depth
and giving rationeles, this handbill is intended to quickly lookup
advice on an issue, or rule-of-thumb sum ups on several items.

as this is a wiki, improvements and discussions are welcome.
for discussion/feedback, please use:

for improvements and better HIG intergration, it may
make sense to:
- add HIG section links to the individual items in UsabilityGuidelines
- use this as a starting point for an official HIG handbill which is easier
  to digest than the whole document and allowes quick lookups.
