Looking at this further
if you manually add new shortcuts they get displayed as Shift Ctrl
and it seems that the order they are written in the code gets ignored.
I think the order in the source code also gets ignored
and so even though i may have used <ctrl><shift> it will still be
displayed as Shift+Ctrl so it is a moot point.
So i guess it is just a case of making sure that the documentation makes
it clear that the order does not matter although i would like to beleive
most users will discover this by trial and error if the ordering confuses
them. Maybe I will add some general non specific help to the program
documentation.
