[HIG] Vertical toolbars

Callum,
	Vertical tool bars do have their place in design however it is hard
to imagine the typical toolbar (open,save etc..) vertically ;-) I think they
do warrant some consideration especially as a lot of Windows *shudder* users
do prefer to display their task bars vertically (ie Office components).
