[HIG] HIG build b0rked

Can somebody with the means/nous to do so have a look and see why the
HIG isn't building on the website at the moment?  It seems to have
stopped working after my changes of July 22nd, but xmllint doesn't
report any problems, it builds cleanly here (even on my linux box where
I don't have to do my 'convert it to SGML first' trick), and reverting
said changes doesn't seem to kick it into life either.
