Are you going to provide visual design guidelines for button placement
and window element layout for consistent look and feel?

Windows: Assistants:
You mean a wizard?  It seems like a lot of these sub categories could be
either pulled out to be their own categories, or merged with lots of
others -- right now all these window subcategories are scattered and
it's unclear what the big differences are between many of them.

Menus:
Menu definition is insufficient and could be used for any number of
different interfaces on a desktop.

The introductory section is wholly vague, excise redundant info (e.g.,
first sentence) else give examples when you present a sentence like the
third one.
