Could also mention that layout is important to users with cognitive
disabilities-- order and lack of clutter makes life easier for them.

5.2. Aesthetics

We could write a whole book on this topic :)  Definitely need some
examples here, though-- the advice "this can be done by aligning
elements with each other" in particular is wide open to
misinterpretation!

If we're talking about "white space", maybe want to say something about
the idea of visual balance, too.

5.3 Grouping and Separators

Which method is preferable, space, lines or frames?  When is it
appropriate to use each?

Worth saying that frames should never be nested, adds far too much
clutter.

5.4.1 Capitalisation

Probably want to add a column to this table with example(s) of each
element using the correct capitalisation.
