The latest CVS version is always available online in HTML format at
http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gup/hig/draft_hig/. I think a link
to this has been added on the HIG project page
(developer.gnome.org/projects/gup/hig) since you did your review.
The docbook version is in cvs at web-devel-2/content/projects/gup/hig.
It's in DocBook XML/4.1.2 format, though, so if you only have SGML/3.1
tools it's a bit annoying to build-- I know, because that's what I have
to do :)
And thanks for your comments-- I haven't read them in detail yet, but
they look very useful.
