[guppi-list] Guppi LGPL files

Just a licensing heads-up  --

I notice that, although Guppi is billed as "GNU General Public License",
there are a small number of files within that are actually LGPL.

I find at least these:

intl/config.charset
intl/ref-add.sin
intl/localcharset.c
src/libguppiuseful/guppi-multiview.c
src/libguppiuseful/guppi-multiview.h
src/libguppispecfns/hypergeom.c

Of course, all say "You should have received a copy of the GNU Library
General Public License along with this...." etc.  The Guppi tarball
has a copy of the GPL, but not a copy of the LGPL.
Perhaps for the next go-round it would be a good idea to add a COPYING.LIB
file (with the LGPL text) if the LGPL code will be hanging around.
