[guppi-list] Guppi 0.35.4 prelease #2

Christian and Damon both found two important bugs in my initial 0.35.4
tarball. (Doh!)  I've fixed both problems, and made a second test.

I'd particularly like people to test:

(1) Building & running on non-x86 non-{Debian, Red Hat} systems.

(2) Building guppi-enabled gnucash against this version.
