Goose 0.0.2 released.

I've released version 0.0.2 of Goose.  It is available from the
Guppi/Goose web page at http://www.gnome.org/guppi, or at
ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/guppi/libgoose-0.0.2.tar.gz

As was discussed on this list over the last few days, this version of
Goose is distributed under the GPL.  This is a temporary situation
while certain license issues are resolved.  I would expect that the
next release, and all future releases after that, are under the LGPL.
