Goose 0.0.4 released

I've released the new version of Goose, version 0.0.4.  You can get

The main difference from 0.0.3 is that I've class-ified and cleaned
up our use of linear algebra.  There are now GVec and GMat classes
for vectors and matrices of real numbers.  Pretty much all of the
basic stuff (inverting matrices, solving systems of linear equations,
etc.) is implemented.  Both are optimized for programmer ease-of-use.
