Where is the date stuff in Goose?

Hi!

Sorry for not getting back earlier.  I checked out the latest cvs version of
Goose last Wednesday, and looked for the new date stuff, but it wasn't there.
So instead of getting the stuff tested on win95, I worked a bit on the ascii
import.  I ran out of time, so I didn't commit it yet.  I'll do that when I get
the chance.  Meanwhile, maybe there's a status word on the date stuff?
