I'm seeing it drop out during build with the following error:

make[3]: *** No rule to make target `presets/ffenc_aac.prs', needed by
`all-am'.  Stop.
make[3]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....make[3]: *** No rule to
make target `presets/ffenc_aac.prs', needed by `all-am'.  Stop.
make[3]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....

Not sure if that's because of something to do with presets missing
from gstreamer or something from rygel, not had a chance to
investigate further.
