SetAvTransportUri

I'm trying to develop an application that displays images on my TV or music.
I used SetAvTransportUri to set the input of a jpeg and it works well. The image is located on a local server apache.
But when I try to set an mp3, I get error 714.
The apache server is suitable for sharing multimedia files with upnp?
