GSSDP 0.11.2 released

GSSDP 0.11.2 has been released.

This release is not compatible with GUPnP 0.17.1. An updated version of
GUPnP will be available shortly. Sorry for that minor inconvenience.

Other changes:

- Modernise autotools.
- Create .xz dist tarballs only.
- Deprecate main_context argument and property. Use
  g_main_context_push_thread_default() instead.
- Fix warnings from gtk-doc.
