Yet another release :)

GUPnP DLNA 0.4.2 fixes some accidental API breakage in 0.4.1. Also
included is a small fix to make sure 'make check' does not fail if the
required media is not present.

Changes since 0.4.1:

- Remove internal discoverer namespace changes (fixes API breakage)
- Skip discoverer tests if media is missing
