My opinion is those logos are hot!

I do think we should put "guadec" in text -- the graphic doesn't scan
very easily. Emphasizing the year is also good, although if it doesn't
work out graphically putting 7 would be ok too.

Minor nitpick: having a dot between "june" and "24-30" looks odd to me.
