[guadec-list] Guadec site (external) links usability

Hi,
not a bug, just a design/usability question. Is there any special
concern about links that open new windows, or not ? 
I mean, when navigating and entering Nokia links, its site opens on the
same browser page. 

Would it make sense to open a new window for Guadedc
non_directly_related_info ? Is so, a very small icon indicating the
departure in the link would be nice :) dont't you think ?
