pre-guadec meeting

Hi,

We want to have a meeting for the board of directors and advisory
board on April 5, the day before GUADEC. This would be on the order of
25 people I think.

I'd say we want to have a conference room, and maybe organize a nice
dinner somewhere. Any chance of getting a conference room in the same
venue as GUADEC itself? Can you guys help set this up?
