Interface and LibGlade

I have small a proposal thus, nor perhaps so small, to reduce the number
of "useless" dependencies of Gtranslator. I know that many of these
dependencies were necessary when they had been added, but today they can
be totally replaced by more recent libraries and with a promising
future, that some actual dependencies does not have.

To do that, my first proposal is the migration of the interface of
Gtranslator to libGlade.

I would like to know the opinion of all, therefore I will not start this
project without the grip of the others developers.
