[Fwd: gettext-0.14.2 is released]

Looks like the gettext API enhancements have made it into the current
gettext series. I've updated configure.in in CVS HEAD to check for this
version instead of 0.15+. Hopefully, I'll get some time soon to finish
tying up the loose ends in HEAD and get a development release out.
